seeking a kitchen assistant/commis chef or a demi/chef de Partie that wants to work with fresh produce and learn & grow with the restaurant.

We are a newly opened venue & our reviews speak for us.

Must have high standards of work ethic in terms of being clean, tidy & organised.

Having respect for staff around you, what we do in terms of our concept & style of food & how we maintain our surroundings & premises is highly important as we’re are proud to have kept our kitchen spotless which comes with an attitude of attention to detail.

Ideally would prefer someone with basic pastry skills but not a deal breaker as training will be provided.

What we seek is an individual that can replicate what we do exactly the way we do it & maintain consistency and have the awareness to know what’s worthy of being served and whats to be binned while also paying high attention to detail and following EHO/H&S guidelines ie keeping up to date with labelling, stock rotation, appropriate storage of food items and their segregation, appropriate handling of food, the ability to multi task while being highly attentive & aware, keeping on top of their section/prep are some attributes we’re looking for.

Must have valid food safety certificates for the role ie a Level 2 being minimum.

We’re not in a rush to hire as we seek a right fit for the longer term as this is a permanent role.
