We're currently recruiting for a Land & Property Maintenance Operative to join a growing team, maintaining land holdings and property assets across London and the Home Counties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in property maintenance, facilities management, construction or a practical trade who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their workload.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Grounds and estate maintenance
✅ Grass cutting, hedge trimming & vegetation clearance
✅ Property repairs and general maintenance
✅ Site inspections, security & compliance checks
✅ CCTV and intruder alarm installation/monitoring
✅ Liaising with land, development and project teams
✅ Maintaining safe, secure and well-presented sites

👷 Ideal Candidate: ✔ Previous property maintenance or facilities experience
✔ CSCS Card holder
✔ Self-motivated and organised
✔ Strong understanding of health & safety
✔ Electrical or plumbing experience beneficial (not essential)
