Psicon, a leading specialist in neurodevelopmental healthcare services, is actively seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their Internal Clinical Team in a hybrid managerial and clinical capacity. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician looking to expand into a leadership role while continuing hands-on clinical work within a supportive and innovative environment.

As a key member of the management team, you will guide and support associate clinicians delivering ASD and ADHD assessments, contribute to service development, and maintain high standards of care and compliance across clinical pathways. Psicon collaborates closely with NHS trusts across the UK and is proud to deliver assessments that meet both private and public sector standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support associate clinicians across Psicon’s ND services to ensure consistent and effective service delivery

  • Contribute to the recruitment process by conducting screening and trial assessments for new associates

  • Provide day-to-day clinical guidance and managerial support to clinicians involved in assessments

  • Take professional responsibility for maintaining the quality and consistency of autism and ADHD assessments

  • Participate in clinical audits, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations

  • Commit to regular on-site clinical sessions (2–3 days per week) in Psicon’s Canterbury clinic

  • Provide “on-call” clinical support to weekend clinical teams as needed

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with robust clinical experience in ASD and/or ADHD assessments

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to support a multidisciplinary team

  • Deep understanding of NHS and private healthcare systems, structures, and care pathways across the UK

  • Highly organized, compassionate, and effective communicator

  • Able to work in a hybrid capacity and be physically present in the Canterbury clinic

  • Committed to delivering the highest clinical standards and patient outcomes
