Lead Ai Developer

Description:

A globally established international recruitment agency are hiring for a Lead AI Developer with a focus on AI Conversational Agents. You will be leveraging your experience in Microsoft CoPilot to design, develop and deploy AI conversational agents for a breadth of interesting, industry-related use cases. You will be reporting directly into the Director of Technology and playing a key role in delivering the project from inception to execution. All applicants must have experience in developing AI conversational agents. Your responsibilities as a Lead AI Developer will include but not be limited to:

• Design, develop and deploy AI conversational agents for a range of interesting use cases.
• Leverage your experience in Microsoft CoPilot and Microsoft tools to build advanced scalable solutions.
• Train conversational AI agents and lead the integration of AI solutions into the businesses recruitment systems.
• Lead the entire end-to-end implementation lifecycle from conception to deployment and post-implementation support and maintenance.

YOUR SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven commercial experience using Microsoft CoPilotm Microsoft CoPilot Studio, SQL and Azure-based solutions (essential).
• Commercial experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI Conversational Agents (essential).
• Prior experience in training and deploying conversational AI systems, including integration into other systems.
