Harnham is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to join a fast-growing consultancy helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data and AI capabilities. This senior role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and hands-on delivery. You will lead data and AI strategy engagements, translating business needs into actionable solutions, overseeing delivery teams, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy engagements from scoping to adoption.

• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, metrics, and success criteria.

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical and analytical solutions.

• Identify opportunities to maximize value from data initiatives.

• Oversee delivery teams to ensure high-quality results and alignment with client objectives.

• Mentor and develop junior consultants to build technical and consulting capability.

• Contribute to account growth through exceptional delivery and trusted client relationships.

About You:

• Experienced in leading data strategy and analytics projects, ideally with AI/ML exposure.

• Strong consulting and commercial skills for engaging with senior technical and business leaders.

• Hands-on technical expertise combined with strategic advisory capability.

• Energetic, collaborative, and motivated with a drive for continuous improvement.

• Flexible to travel to client sites, primarily in London with occasional regional travel.
