Lead Azure Devops Engineer

Description:

We are seeking individuals to take charge of and provide support for various aspects of a migration project aimed at transitioning to an Azure cloud environment. Your responsibilities will encompass building AKS clusters, implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems, and configuring infrastructure using Terraform.

Your Role as a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer:

As a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer in this contract position, your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and developing advanced computing infrastructure within a contemporary cloud ecosystem, primarily Azure and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Creating and enhancing observability and monitoring solutions to optimize both product performance and the end user experience.
• Harnessing state-of-the-art technologies to ensure efficient CI/CD workflows within Azure DevOps.
• Providing mentorship to junior team members while also benefiting from the knowledge-sharing opportunities with industry experts.

Qualifications for the Lead Azure DevOps Engineer:

To be considered for this Lead Azure DevOps Engineer role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in DevOps, SRE, Platforms, or Infrastructure roles within a technology-focused organization.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) tools like Terraform.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
• Strong familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of networking concepts is advantageous.
