Lead Business Analyst

 

Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead Business Analyst, leading the BA group and collaborating with business teams to support implementation for leading insurers. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects leveraging JDP, APD, Guidewire PolicyCenter, and CDA.

  • Be part of a Global Guidewire team serving Tier 1 insurers
  • Work on industry-leading Guidewire engagements
  • Drive Guidewire product adoption across P&C insurers

Key Responsibilities

  • Define target business requirements, including high-level process flows, business rules, documents, and UI changes
  • Collaborate with Business SMEs to drive closer to OOTB implementation
  • Understand customer business objectives and impacted areas for transformation
  • Validate as-is processes, KPIs, and metrics; define target operating model and performance indicators
  • Assist in change management strategy requirements

 

Your Profile

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong ClaimCenter functional knowledge
  • Experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform ClaimCenter Commercial Fleet Implementation / Commercial Lines
  • Guidewire ACE certified
  • Proven experience leading requirements stream in ClaimCenter implementation
  • Deep experience in GWCP (new implementation and upgrade on cloud platform)
