Lead Frontend Developer

This company are one of the biggest and most successful businesses within their niche FinTech market space and have massive plans to build brand new Tech, Data & Delivery teams in 2025. This has come off the back of a hugely successful 10+ years where they have established themselves in multiple countries and picked up numerous awards within the industry.

They partner with some of the biggest global FinTech companies and process lots of different data variants across the industry. They are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to come in and lead a team of 5, enhancing the growing product suite and user experience within the business.

The role is more leadership from a technical standpoint, being that beacon of support for your team with a rough split of 60% coding / 40% leading. You will have involvement in people management responsibilities and this will likely increase as you grow into the role.

Role Responsibilities:

• Essentials: React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Additional: Backend Integration, RestAPIs, JIRA.
• Have at least 1-2 years commercial lead development experience.
• Confident leading teams of around 5, possibly higher in the future.
• Confident working in an Agile environment.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to work across global teams.
• Excellent frontend skills and enhancing user experiences.
