As the Health & Safety Lead, you'll work closely with senior management and functional teams to deliver impactful safety action plans and ensure best-in-class health and safety systems. - Lead the delivery of safety initiatives, including health and safety action plans.
- Conduct audits across company and customer sites, report on findings, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Carry out and review risk assessments (including COSHH/Chemical Agents) and improve related processes.
- Support and lead the HSE function in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, ensuring strong HSE outcomes.
- Deliver behavioural safety programmes and ensure health and safety training requirements are met and recorded.
- Develop and maintain robust HSE documentation including manuals, procedures, and safety checklists.
- Provide process safety guidance to ensure legal compliance and alignment with internal safety standards
