Lead Paving Machine Screwman

Description:

As a Lead Paving Machine Screwman, your primary responsibilities will include proficiently laying asphalt to British standard tolerances on diverse Surfacing projects. These projects encompass a spectrum from new build housing sites and other large commercial ventures to domestic works.

Role Requirements
 

• Demonstrable experience in laying various materials at different depths.
• Strong face-to-face communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Proven experience in highway surfacing and tolerance work.
• A collaborative team player with excellent time management skills.
• Adherence to company health and safety policies.
   

Qualifications
 

• CSCS Card
• Driving License (preferable)
