Lead Product Designer

Description:

Lead a small product design team responsible for Global Player’s portfolio of apps and digital products used by millions monthly. Deliver new features across multiple platforms (web, mobile, TV, smart speakers). Manage hiring, career development, and performance of your team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and digital leadership to align product design strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the product design team (20%)

• Develop and communicate design vision and strategy (30%)

• Oversee design output and resource allocation, ensuring design system consistency (30%)

• Personally contribute to product design tasks supporting key projects (20%)
