Cinque Ports Vets is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our team in Kingsnorth, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive nurse with a passion for theatre and clinical excellence to play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and other lead nurses to enhance efficiency and patient care standards.

• Implement and improve procedure plans, ensuring high-quality patient journeys.

• Support the team in ASA scoring, surgical safety checklists, and lower flow anaesthesia.

• Lead and develop team knowledge in theatre procedures, including CPD opportunities.

• Conduct regular audits and report results to the senior leadership team.

• Promote high clinical standards, including fear-free handling, multi-modal analgesia, and patient-centered care.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £32,000 per annum.

• 40.78 hours per week with 2 in 9 Saturday shifts.
