Redgate’s Lead Software Engineers are responsible for improving how Redgate builds and maintains software, alongside actively contributing to product development. You’ll grow the skills of your team members with a focus on building technical skills though mentoring, coaching or teaching and you’ll be responsible for the quality of engineering practices within the team.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team and involved at every stage of the product life cycle, from early-stage research, to deployment, operations and beyond. Redgate teams are highly collaborative and take ownership of the product and the roadmap. Balancing customer needs and market opportunity whilst building ingeniously simple software is at the heart of Redgate engineering.
