As a Leadership Coach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering business leaders and apprentices to unlock their full potential through tailored coaching, mentoring, and professional development. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide apprentices through leadership programmes, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Deliver engaging group and one-on-one coaching sessions that foster growth, confidence, and capability.

  • Follow the organisation’s Coach Quality Framework to maintain consistency and excellence in delivery.

  • Build an inclusive, motivating, and supportive learning environment that encourages engagement and performance.

  • Monitor learner progress, address challenges proactively, and provide personalised guidance.

  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to analyse learner data and continuously enhance programme outcomes.

  • Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and managers to ensure alignment on goals and performance.

  • Keep abreast of emerging leadership practices, technologies, and learning innovations to refine coaching delivery.

  • Promote the company’s mission to reshape the future of learning and empower professionals to achieve their best.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership coaching.

  • Possess a professional qualification from a recognised body such as ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, or CMI.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering leadership or personal development programmes.

  • Strong expertise in emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and leadership communication.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proven experience adapting content for both technical and non-technical professionals.

  • Postgraduate qualification in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology (preferred).

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the leadership and coaching field.
