Description of Duties
- Provide administrative support across a range of academic programmes and activities
- Assist in gathering and compiling data
- Support the delivery of faculty teaching and examination activities
- Support committees, working groups and other meetings, as required
- Monitor student attendance and engagement
- Assist preparations for internal external quality assurance purposes
- Assist with a range of financial tasks
- General office operations
- Assist with recruitment, conversion, and induction activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion, adhere to university policies, and maintain high ethical standards in all administrative tasks
- Ensure module and programme information is accurate across all platforms.
- Maintain good working relationships with key contacts to help improve service levels.

Essential Criteria
Qualifications
- Educated to a minimum of HNC/HND level, or equivalent qualifications or equivalent professional experience
