Description:

You will be joining a busy, vibrant Accounts environment. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a high volume busy environment, be great at building professional relationships and have excellent organisation and administration skills.

 

- Inputting a high volume of supplier invoices with speed and accuracy

- Investigating and resolving supplier queries

- General maintenance of the purchase ledger

- Other ad-hoc finance tasks as required

- Data entry and statement reconciliation

 

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

 

Role Criteria:

  • Previous administration experience within a fast paced, volume lead position.
  • If you have Accounts or Ledger experience this would be advantageous but not essential
  • A strong administrator with excellent IT and database skills
  • You will be tenacious, organised, self-motivated, a confident communicator,
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage your own workload
  • Professional, confidential and able to communicate with a broad range of personalities and business managers
