Legal Counsel

Description:

An excellent opportunity now exists for a Legal Counsel to join one of the commercial legal teams and provide key legal support and commercially focussed advice. You will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements relating to supply and distribution, logistics and warehousing, procurement and product safety as well as product regulatory compliance and matters relating to supply chain and quality. As part of a collegiate and business facing legal team, you will also advise the business on risk and research new laws and regulations, ensuring the business is made aware of these things.

About You

The opportunity will be best suit a lawyer with strong commercial awareness, who is comfortable with variety and who has a broad commercial skill-set, ideally with some exposure to competition law, litigation and consumer law matters. Previous in-house experience will be highly regarded. What is key is the ability to work in a fast moving environment and a keen interest in working with an innovative international retail business. It is essential you are a self-starter with strong relationship development skills.
