Legal Counsel

Description:

We are currently working with a global sports and entertainment organisation who are looking for a junior lawyer to join a small, high-performing legal team. This is a varied, business-facing position offering exposure to commercial, media and licensing matters across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and media/technology contracts
• Supporting on licensing of data and audio-visual content
• Advising internal stakeholders across multiple business units
• Managing legal matters across commercial, real estate, events, sponsorships and more
• Working with external counsel as required

About You:

• UK-qualified lawyer with strong commercial, media or technology experience (in-house or private practice)
• Confident drafter with strong commercial judgement
• Comfortable working autonomously and engaging directly with stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop within a diverse business environment
