The Role

This award-winning, Legal 500-ranked Private Client and Charities team is seeking an ambitious individual ready to step up to Partner. You will work alongside their highly regarded, L500-leading Partner, recognised as an "exceptional HOD."

The team advises a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients, and landed estates, handling complex private client matters such as wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains Tax, and estate planning. As trusted advisors, they are the go-to firm for clients and professional contacts alike.

Ideal Candidate

• Is a high-achieving individual with a minimum of 5 years of relevant PQE
• Has the temperament and skill to manage a team of junior lawyers effectively whilst completing work to the highest standard
• Commercial and strategic acumen
• Ability to independently manage a complex and varied workload
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
