Lettings Negotiator

Description:

We're on the search for a Lettings Negotiator to join a hugely successful agency with an extensive and varied portfolio of houses and apartments in prime residential areas of South London.

The ideal candidate will require some form property or estate agency experience whether it be as a negotiator, property management or even administration & compliance. You will need to have at the very least a basic understanding of the lettings and rental process in London as well as the incoming renters reform bill.
