The SEND Department is a successful and popular faculty. Our main objectives are to:

  • make a difference to the learning outcomes of pupils with additional needs, including gifted and talented
  • support the professional work of teachers by supporting pupils to become independent learners and achieve their academic potential

The successful candidate shall:

  • have evidence of academic ability, qualifications and relevant experience
  • have an understanding of attachment theory and behaviour management theories
  • be able to develop and implement creative, innovative strategies to ensure our students achieve their full potential whilst at Broadway
