The Library Operations and Improvement Manager will support the charity to achieve service and operational excellence, by playing an important lead role in building a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic leader, with a track record of managing change, an ability to resolve day-to-day operational priorities, whilst embedding excellent customer service standards across Devon and Torbay.

The successful candidate will be a proven collaborator with an ability to inspire and motivate action in others, excellent digital skills and ambitions to deliver operational excellence across the library service.
