2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Central Manchester (2–3 days on-site)

Initial 6 month contract (high chance of extension)

We’re building a small, highly capable team of three engineers who work collaboratively, share responsibilities equally, and take pride in maintaining a robust and reliable infrastructure environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting a broad mix of 2nd/3rd line infrastructure tasks
• Rolling up your sleeves to resolve technical operations issues (approx. 30% of your time), including:
• Print server queue issues
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Ensuring mission?critical systems remain stable and secure
• Working across a modern cloud?led environment
• Contributing to a supportive culture where everyone helps each other grow

What you’ll bring: At least 2 years’ hands?on experience in cloud & infrastructure support

Strong experience in:

• Azure
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• M365
• Basic firewall knowledge
