Hydrogen Group is representing a Top Tier Offshore law firm in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) seeking a talented Litigation Lawyer (4–5 PQE) to join their market-leading Dispute Resolution team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation matters while working with one of the most respected offshore firms globally.

The role is ideal for a skilled litigator looking to take the next step in their legal career, working on complex international disputes and insolvency matters in a dynamic offshore environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation cases, including disputes related to finance, corporate structures, and cross-border insolvency.

• Provide expert legal advice on insolvency, restructuring, and related contentious matters.

• Represent clients before courts and tribunals, managing cases efficiently and with strategic precision.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

• Prepare legal documentation, pleadings, and court submissions to a high professional standard.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4–5 years PQE in Commercial Litigation, ideally from a top-tier law firm.

• UK or Commonwealth qualified solicitor or barrister.

• Proven expertise in commercial dispute resolution, insolvency, and/or restructuring matters.

• Higher Rights of Audience qualification or equivalent advocacy experience preferred.

• Strong academic background with excellent analytical and drafting skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-value, complex, and multi-jurisdictional matters.

• A strong desire to relocate and work in the BVI, contributing to a thriving offshore practice.
