Lorien, on behalf of Trafalgar Tickets (part of Trafalgar Entertainment), is seeking a CRM Executive to play a key role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across a portfolio of iconic venues and ticketing brands in the live entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the CRM strategy for UK regional venues and ticketing brands.

• Drive customer loyalty and lifetime value through data-led, personalized marketing campaigns.

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

• Execute targeted, personalized communications, primarily via email, including campaign setup, testing, and post-campaign analysis.

• Leverage customer segmentation to deliver more effective and targeted marketing activities.

• Analyze campaign results, produce detailed reports, and provide insights to refine CRM initiatives.

• Oversee day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring the system runs smoothly and membership schemes are supported.

• Contribute to marketing revenue growth by managing ad space sales and other marketing services.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all CRM data and communications.

About You:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience working with CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of customer personalization and dynamic content strategies.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach to marketing.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels.

• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Location & Work Pattern:

• Based in London, with a hybrid work model — 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per year (£2500 per month).
