Loan Analyst

Description:

The successful ‘Analyst’ will work in the Business Support Group of Financing & Trade Operations (FTO) area of the business, and it is the gateway point between the Branch and Operations teams/ Middle Office and offshore locations. The main subject around your work load will be ‘Loans’. Your team have responsibilities to the set up and maintenance of the static data, analysis of the Transmission Sheet & associated loans documentation and provision of Front Sheets and supporting documentation to the Platforms. There will be some responsibility for analysing and when /if needed challenging the information contained.

Required experience:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in providing support to a Front or Middle Office.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience of loans administration functions.
• Understanding of Back office systems.
• Experience in Loan Processing Systems
• Technical financial knowledge of Loans products and good understanding of other areas such as Risk, Accounts or Payments.
• Desirable: Experience of reviewing commercial Loan Agreements and associated documentation from an operational perspective.
• Basic understanding of ‘calculation of commitment fees’,’ difference between term and revolving loan;.
