Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of professional deputyship and PI trust matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Proven expertise in Court of Protection & PI Trusts.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
