Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class concierge and lifestyle support to private clients.

• Arrange exclusive restaurant reservations and luxury travel accommodations.

• Source high-end goods and unique products upon client request.

• Secure VIP access to red-carpet events, concerts, sports matches, and premieres.

• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.

• Maintain excellent attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, bespoke service environment.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences with discretion and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Impeccably presented with a polished and professional telephone manner.

• Passionate about luxury, client service, and delivering bespoke experiences.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Foreign language skills—especially German, French, or Italian—are a distinct advantage.
