Luxury Travel Consultant

 

Description:

We’re looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed Luxury Travel Consultant to design, quote, and sell bespoke itineraries across Scotland, England, and Ireland. This role requires creativity, high-touch client care, commercial awareness, and strong collaboration with our operations and supplier network. You’ll help bring trip concepts to life from initial enquiry through to confirmation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury travel, curious about what’s possible, and excited to turn client dreams into carefully designed realities. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and quote bespoke luxury itineraries across Scotland, England, and Ireland in response to new client enquiries and repeat requests
  • Liaise directly with high-end clients, travel advisors, and agents to understand their vision, needs, and preferences
  • Collaborate with our operations and supplier teams to source extraordinary experiences, accommodations, and logistics
  • Present proposals in a polished, creative, and compelling format that reflects our brand’s tone and values
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel advisors and partners, nurturing long-term repeat business
  • Stay current with new luxury offerings, trends, and opportunities across the UK & Ireland to keep our portfolio fresh and competitive
  • Support the broader team with brainstorming, pitch prep, and on-brand communications
  • Contribute ideas to improve planning processes, client experience, and internal collaboration

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in sales, itinerary planning, or luxury hospitality, ideally within tailor-made travel.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and craft unique, inspiring journeys
  • Client Focused: A natural listener and communicator who thrives on building strong relationships
  • Sales Savvy: Comfortable working to deadlines, handling proposals, and closing bookings with finesse
  • Detail-Obsessed: Precision and care in pricing, documentation, and itinerary presentation
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative Spirit: Works well within a team while taking shared ownership of individual projects
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using itinerary platforms, CRM tools, and digital presentation tools including Canva
