Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate all types of Low Voltage Switchgear enquiries.

• Manage incoming enquiries and meet strict deadlines.

• Liaise with clients via phone to build and expand customer relationships.

• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.

• Promote Anord Mardix products and services, contributing to design improvements and client liaison.

• Assist with administrative sales tasks as required.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project management and profitability.

• Carry out routine follow-ups with clients.

• Work closely with external sales teams to secure new orders and customers.

Requirements:

• Sector-specific experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.

• Strong customer service skills with high levels of literacy and numeracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Strong planning, decision-making, and budget estimation skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
