Angove Partners is working with a international M&A Insurance agency, seeking a an M&A Analyst based in London. This is an opportunity to join a leading team as they enter an exciting period of growth.

About the role:

This is a varied, hands on role, combining analytical and relationship driven elements. You would be working closely with Private Equity funds and large acquiring corporations in an advisory role, as part of a market-leading team. The successful candidate will be part of the build-out and growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen on progression and personal development, whilst managing a varied role within a collaborative team. This role is based in The City of London, with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Advise clients on the existing and historical insurance programme to determine if the insurance programme is in line with expectations
• Identify risk and insurance related issues that may impact the transaction
• Determine current costs associated with the insurance programme and estimate what these costs will be post-completion
• Review claims data to identity any trends
• Issue a formal report to the investor client, followed by a meeting to discuss the findings of the report
• Establish a post-completion placement strategy (if relevant).
