Join a market-leading M&A Tax team advising Europe’s largest private equity houses and infrastructure funds. You will gain exposure to a broad and diverse client base—from global and mid-market private equity firms to infrastructure funds, multinational corporates, and emerging capital providers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in all stages of the M&A tax deal cycle including:
Tax due diligence
Structuring and advisory work
Input into Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and financing documentation
Post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations
Ongoing tax support for portfolio companies
Exit readiness and disposals
Take ownership of core client relationships and deliver key client services.
Apply commercial insight and technical expertise to develop innovative, value-added solutions.
Collaborate effectively across the firm to provide exceptional client experiences.
Proactively engage in business development by leveraging professional networks and market insights to identify and secure new opportunities.
Contribute actively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment impacting complex cross-border transactions.
