Macro Analyst

Description:

CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global trading firm to hire a D1 Macro Analyst focused on Emerging Markets, based in London. This role will strengthen the EM Macro team and expand capabilities across Fixed Income products, driving real impact on trading strategy.

The Role:

• Support EM Macro team across Rates, FX, and Credit
• Build and refine models, forecasts, and back-tests
• Deliver actionable trade ideas across CEEMEA, LatAm, and Asia

Preferred Experience:

• 3–4+ years in EM Fixed Income (Research, Strategy, or Trading)
• Strong knowledge of rates, XCCY, bonds, FX/IR options
• Coding/modeling ability with strong quantitative skills
• Deep understanding of core EM markets (South Africa, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, China/HK, etc.)
