Maintenance Supervisor | Edinburgh

We're partnering with a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh to find an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead their on-site team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure the building environment remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose. It's a temporary ongoing position with strong potential to become permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

→ Leading and supervising the maintenance team
→ Managing PPM schedules and reactive repairs
→ Coordinating statutory inspections and testing
→ Overseeing building services, plant and equipment
→ Supporting health & safety compliance
→ Maintaining the grounds and wider estate

What You'll Bring

→ Maintenance supervisory experience
→ NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in mechanical, electrical or building services
→ Contractor management experience
→ Strong organisational and communication skills
→ Full driving licence
→ Immediate availability
