Maintenance Technician

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be ensuring water treatment plants and processes are operating efficiently whilst maintaining quality outputs. The role is pivotal in assisting the team to meet tough local and function wide targets around quality, continuous supply, safety, and cost control.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the reactive and proactive maintenance of mechanical assets across the Birmingham area. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical assets including, pumps, valves, gas dosing assets, pipework and a range of chemical dosing pumps.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

To be a success in this role, along with your experience we will be looking for you to have obtained a NVQ level 3 mechanical qualification. Having a good general knowledge of workshop practice would be advantageous.
