Management Accountant

We are seeking a talented Management Accountant who is passionate about financial excellence and eager to contribute to our mission of enhancing supply chain efficiency and reliability.

🔍 **Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the preparation of detailed weekly & monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.

• Analyse financial performance and provide and challenge against budget and forecasts.

• Assist in the production of financial models for business reporting, forecasting and decision-making.

• Assisting in the preparation of the monthly Group reporting pack.

• Conduct cost analysis, evaluating and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Collaborate with department heads to review financial performance and provide insights for improvement.

• Proactively contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the organisation’s financial processes & controls.

🎯 **Essential Skills:**

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following;

• CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualification or part qualified with experience

• 2+ years practical accounting/industry experience

• Strong interpersonal & time management skills

• Strong IT proficiency, in particular with Excel and financial software e.g. Business Central/SAP
