Management Accountant

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be an integral member in the Finance team in a highly progressive and enriching environment. As you pursue your studies you will have the opportunity to expand your duties and have a clear path to progressions.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 2 Assistant Accountants
• Ownership of the restaurant P&Ls including commentary and explanations on variances
• Produce monthly management accounts decks to key stakeholders
• Business partnering with Restaurant Managers to discuss site performance and costs
• Reporting of sales and margins for all restaurants
• Reporting of labour costs and ensuring restaurant rotas are accurate and match the P&Ls
• Preparing accruals for head office and other support office entities
• Preparing and posting monthly journals for month end
