Managing Consultant

Description:

PA Consulting is seeking dynamic and skilled individuals to join their growing Cyber Transformation team as Managing Consultants. In this role, you will help transport sector clients develop and implement effective digital trust and cyber security strategies. This is a leadership position, where you will lead and deliver technical cyber security engagements, drive business development, and build strong client relationships.

PA Consulting works with organizations in the transport sector, helping them address the challenges and opportunities presented by increasing interconnectivity and the use of smart technologies. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that these infrastructures remain secure and resilient amidst growing cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with transport and logistics clients to identify key cyber security requirements, challenges, and opportunities.

• Lead multiple technical cyber security engagements on a day-to-day basis.

• Develop new business and sales initiatives, helping drive £1.5+ million revenue per year.

• Build and manage client relationships at the executive level (CIO, CFO, CISO, Head of Technology).

• Act as a leader within the Digital Trust and Cyber Security team, ensuring that client outcomes are met and helping develop the team.

• Stay updated on regulatory environments, particularly focusing on cyber security and privacy regulations.

• Guide the application of cyber security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS regulations, etc.).

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Strong experience and relationships in the transport sector.

• Proven track record in delivering cyber security engagements and projects.

• Experience in leading cyber resilience and transformation projects.

• Ability to build and manage networks with key stakeholders across the transport sector.

• Commercially aware with the ability to generate significant revenue.

• Qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, GISCP, ISA 62443 (or equivalent) preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory environments, especially those related to cyber security and privacy.
