Description:
Scott Dunn, an award-winning luxury tour operator with offices in the UK, US, and Singapore, is seeking a Marketing, Research & CRM Executive to join its Scott Dunn Private (SDP) division in Hammersmith, London. This role is crucial in supporting the SDP Membership Team, focusing on in-depth research, CRM management, marketing support, and UHNW (ultra-high-net-worth) engagement.
The successful candidate will conduct research on current and prospective members, UHNW networks, and family offices to support membership acquisition and retention. They will be responsible for administering CRM records, ensuring GDPR compliance, and delivering insights to help Membership Managers with outreach, campaigns, and reporting. In addition, the role supports event operations, personalised gifting, and marketing campaign analysis, making it a highly varied and strategic opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Prospecting
Conduct detailed research on current and prospective SDP members, UHNW individuals, and family offices.
Identify new prospects, trends, and opportunities to expand membership.
Produce reports and profiling to support Membership Managers in acquisition and engagement.
Monitor articles and industry news to identify potential outreach opportunities.
CRM & Data Management
Administer CRM records for accuracy, GDPR compliance, and reporting.
Generate weekly prospecting lists and outreach materials.
Provide data-led insights to support acquisition and retention strategies.
Represent Scott Dunn Private in internal meetings as a systems and process expert.
Support CRM-based activity for reporting, marketing, and commission purposes.
Marketing & Partnerships
Work with marketing teams to analyse campaign data (email engagement, website traffic).
Support event operations including attendee profiling and logistics.
Assist with execution of personalised gifting and milestone outreach for members.
Engage and manage communication with Brand Ambassadors to promote Scott Dunn Private.
Requirements:
Strong research skills with ability to profile individuals and networks.
Previous experience researching luxury clients or HNW individuals (desirable).
Experience with CRM systems and PowerBI (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Forms, Excel).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in outbound calling and relationship-building with UHNW prospects.
Strong team player with resilience and service orientation.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
