Description:
Responsibilities will be included but not limited to:
- Analyse our existing marketing channels and socials and give regular innovative ideas for their improvement
- Supporting the delivery of the Knowledge Transfer Service which includes organising live webinar events for the sector (travel will be required)
- Assisting in the management of the Spring platform and Knowledge Transfer Library including case study upload and overseeing site activity
- Leading the management of Spring social media channels, content creation, and e-mail newsletter
- Leading on the community management and platform re-engagement of the Spring online platform
- Work alongside the Spring Comms & Engagement Manager on new Spring service offerings
- Working alongside the wider Spring team for ongoing stakeholder engagement and management of existing relationships
- Supporting the Spring Comms & Engagement Manager with new communications activities and re-engaging with different stakeholder groups within the wider ecosystem
- Work with the Spring Comms & Engagement Manager on the start-up outreach plan
- Helping to craft media releases, articles, general copy and basic designs
- Supporting the Spring Comms & Engagement Manager in working with contractors and external agencies
