Explore Group are partnered with a company who are looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join them on a permanent basis. Ideally they're looking for someone who has worked within a Marketing roles for the past 2+ years.
As a Marketing and Communications Executive, you will be an integral part of their marketing team, assisting in the delivery of marketing plans to support their key customers. Your primary focus will be on internal communications, employee activities, and providing support for various marketing activities defined within our marketing plans. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of marketing processes and digital assets as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organisation. Keep employees informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
Employee Activities: Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Marketing Support: Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, social media management, and other activities as defined in the marketing plans.
Digital Asset Management: Oversee and maintain marketing databases, digital assets, and content libraries to ensure easy accessibility for the marketing team.
Supporting Business Activities: Leverage your experience across sales, events, website platforms, media, and advertising to provide valuable insights and support for related business activities.
