Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and possess a deep understanding of various marketing channels and techniques. This individual will support the Group Marketing team and work with key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Operate as part of the Marketing Team to support getting the best outcome for the Group.
Support in the alignment and implementation of best practice and processes and controls across the Group
Collate monthly global and local performance reports.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
Administer Marketing toolset and manage data quality.
Develop and manage engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
Identify areas for continuous improvement within the Marketing and Sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline management activities.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as, presentations, videos, and other collateral.
Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to effectively deliver great results with behaviors that align to the Group culture.
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including, SEO optimization.
Assist in the coordination, design and delivery of in-person and virtual events.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive successful campaign execution.
Utilizing the marketing toolset to create campaign assets including; landing pages, email templates, automated workflows
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations, and apply relevant insights to improve marketing strategies.
Assist in organizing and attending promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products/services and network with potential clients.
Contribute to the development of branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to present
Functional and Technical Skills
Good communicator, both written and with people
Be able to build good stakeholder management, across the organization.
Experience of marketing automation desirable
MS Office skills – Word, Excel, etc.
1-2 years of Marketing Executive experience or a Marketing Graduate
