Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve social media management and administrative tasks, making it perfect for someone with meticulous attention to detail, a flair for creativity, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese languages. Previous marketing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing social media content and strategies to promote clients' brands.
- Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and monitor online conversations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and projects.
- Assist clients in procuring necessary marketing materials.
- Be prepared for occasional business travel as required.
- Assist in handling public relations issues.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Chinese as needed (speaking & writing).
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts (previous marketing experience is a plus).
- Design experience or a strong aesthetic sense is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Red Book, TikTok).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
