Marketing Assistant

Description:

Principal responsibilities will include:

• Updating and helping to manage the company website
• Supporting in development of a wide range of marketing communications for different channels (written pieces, infographics, images, videos, webinars)
• Support in managing and growing engagement on social media channels (LinkedIn)
• Building and maintaining relationships with agencies and other external suppliers
• Event planning, support, and reporting
• Organising branded merchandise to increase engagement on the stand at conferences
• End-to-end management of small marketing projects

• Biological sciences related background
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
• A can-do, enthusiastic, problem-solving attitude
• Always looking for new ideas to improve current ways of working

Ideally, you will have the following experience:

• Degree in biological science related subject
• At least one year’s experience in a Marketing / Sales role
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
