Description:

The Marketing and Communication Assistant will join a small, entrepreneurial team who are working on a new LVMH beauty project. The assistant will support and report into the Head of Communication. Your role will be to assist in the creation of a ground-breaking launch and sustain marketing plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brands social channels at launch.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Management and Planning: working alongside the Head of Communications, Creative Agency, PR, Media, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Support with writing briefing documents and the production of required assets in partnership with Head of Comms, Regional Teams, Digital and Sales
  • Assist in the creation of a brand marketing calendar, helping to identify the monthly messages and content requirements
  • Ability to analyse a range of data points (market, product, consumer & competitor) and creation of regular reports to inform and drive the marketing strategy
  • Creation of relevant trend reports with their finger on the pulse on the latest influencers / social activations / brand collaborations and impactful experiential
  • Support in identifying and building relationships with key beauty influencers for outreach programmes
  • Once the brand is live the assistant will be responsible for managing the brands organic social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). This will include briefing requirements for social photo shoots, messaging & execution)
  • Post Campaign Assessments: once the campaign has launched the successful candidate will help collate data to assess the campaign performance (impact / ROI)
  • Finance: support in raising POs and keeping the budget tracker up to date and on target
