NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Marketing and Campaign Coordinator within its Customer Offer team.
What does a Marketing and Campaign coordinator do at NHS Supply Chain?
- Act as part of the Marketing and Campaign coordinator team; support, enable and own an agreed portfolio of administrative activities (support contract launch delivery)
- Support delivery of NHS Supply Chain CSTP procurement strategies for customers: including the delivery of successful customer launches to internal and external audiences
- Support delivery of integrated communication and customer enabling programmes that are consulted on within the Marketing and Campaign, and Digital teams
- Co-manage the assignment of activities from the Marketing and Campaign team into the Coordinator resource pool and own delivery of agreed projects
- Where tasked:
- Support digital insights and metrics; input into evaluation and improvement of campaigns through all online/offline and direct/indirect channels for the life of the campaign
- Deliver customer centric communications as requested by the Marketing and Campaign Managers
- Act as diligent editorial support for the external voice of NHS Supply Chain across all customers and channels
- Provide additional knowledge and capability to other Marketing and Campaign Coordinator members and other business functions in support of Category Tower Service Provider campaigns
- Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in a focussed but flexible manner; using project management skills, time management and critical thinking
- Utilise all Customer Offer specific tools and SCCL ways of working to maximise efforts, collaboration, insights, improvements and tracking e.g. Monday.com, Google Analytics, Data Studio, SharePoint, MS Teams, Eloqua/OEC
- Ensure all customer facings communications comply with brand/corporate guidance
- Support Internal communication/briefing submissions
- Marketing Inbox management and tracker
- Upload content to WordPress CMS when required to support wider Marketing and Campaign team
- Raising necessary paperwork/workflow from departmental administration as required, Job Request references to support workflow of wider team
- Coordination support to the wider Marketing and Campaign Team and wider Customer Offer team during peak work level periods.
