Ideal Candidate
- Work with the Sales Team and Home Managers to ensure each home has an annual sales and marketing activity plan
- Work with the Sales Team and Home Managers to ensure a programme of events is devised, promoted and implemented in each care home to drive new enquiries
- Support Home Managers to implement local marketing activity in line with the homes’ annual plans
- Ensure that all care homes have appropriate marketing collatera
- Liaise with external agencies to deliver advertising campaigns
- Develop content for Caring Homes-owned channels, including websites and social media
- Proactively review and update the content for each of the homes on the website, in external directories and on Google.
- Understand customer needs and wants and the competitive landscape
- Assist the Head of Marketing in the creation and production of marketing reports
- Support on photoshoots
- Have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks that exist and the impacts that inspections can have on marketing.
