Our Amazon FBA Private Label business is expanding rapidly, driven by our well-established operations. As we grow in multiple countries, we are looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing Executive.

You will be the driving force behind our online presence and will be primarily responsible for devising effective marketing strategies, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, crafting compelling content, and engaging with our audience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identity designed to drive revenue for the brand.
  • Work with designers to create captivating content tailored to different social media channels, Amazon Posts, and brand website.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts as well as our Amazon Posts account, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand positioning.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and aligns with overall brand goal.
  • Lead the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions to foster engagement and growth.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, collaborating in sponsorship campaigns to enhance our brand's reach and engagement.
  • Build and nurture a vibrant online community and oversee the interaction with brand followers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the relevant technical team by conveying customer feedback to facilitate the resolution of any identified issues in the product.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing brand audience and profile.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for generating fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Ability to analyse social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaboration, from identifying the right influencers to negotiating partnerships and measuring ROI.
  • Capability to handle and respond to potential social media crises or negative situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Should demonstrate keen attention to detail and embrace a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • English proficiency is a must. Knowledge of other languages is preferred to engage with diverse audiences.
