Description:
A growing and reputable property company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its marketing function. This standalone role is ideal for a proactive, digital-first marketer with a passion for real estate and a drive to deliver results. You will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that support sales, elevate brand perception, and generate high-quality leads. Working closely with senior leadership and sales teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s brand across digital channels, PR, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage the company’s digital channels, including website content, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
Produce engaging marketing content including brochures, blog posts, case studies, and videos.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Track campaign performance and KPIs, producing reports and insights for leadership.
Handle PR activities such as drafting press releases and cultivating media relationships.
Organise and promote industry events, exhibitions, and client hospitality functions.
Liaise with third-party agencies (designers, PR, developers) to deliver quality outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep the company’s marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Candidate Profile – About You:
The ideal candidate is a confident and versatile marketer with a background in property or real estate. You should be adept at managing all stages of a campaign, from strategy to execution, and comfortable working autonomously. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills are essential.
Must-Have Requirements:
3–5 years’ marketing experience, with recent property/real estate sector exposure.
Proven skills in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, PPC).
Experience with CMS, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content creation.
Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination abilities.
Results-oriented, commercially aware, and data-driven.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, or design tools like Canva.
Experience with HubSpot, GA4, or similar tools.
PR or event management experience within the property sector.
