Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing B2B membership organization in the professional services space. The role focuses on driving new member acquisition and boosting member engagement within a dynamic and expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for campaign management, content creation, and marketing automation efforts. Your initiatives will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing impactful marketing strategies that align with the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Design, execute, and refine integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific geographies, sectors, and stages of the customer lifecycle.
Content Marketing:
Oversee and collaborate on creating engaging marketing content (e.g., blogs, newsletters, etc.) for distribution across appropriate channels, including social media.
Marketing Automation:
Develop and optimize automated campaigns to nurture leads, engage members, and boost conversion and retention rates.
Lead Generation & Nurturing:
Partner with sales to drive pipeline growth, enhance opportunities throughout the funnel, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
Data & Insights:
Analyze campaign and lead data to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and sales efforts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales, member engagement, and product development initiatives.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and systems for efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in membership, subscription, or SaaS environments.
Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional written communication and content marketing abilities.
